How does it work?

Absolutely Training’s patented* Random Testing system is designed to deliver true understanding. The test achieves this in three ways

1) Each course test generates a different set of questions each time

2) Questions are picked from a set of question groups and then from within those groups themselves

3) Even if a question is picked by two different users, they will be presented with a different set of answers

Course test
To be registered as having successfully completed the course, an employee must pass a test for which a pass mark can be set. The completion mark will appear in the manager’s reporting suite. The manager can also record pass levels. These training records can be used for the purposes of the ‘reasonable steps’ defence to discrimination claims.

Course completion
Once a test is completed, the answers will be marked automatically and presented to the employee. Where appropriate the reasons why each answer is right or wrong will be explained. For further information there will be a link back to the relevant section.

Instant reports
Managers can inspect overall results with instant access to online reports. This saves training managers' time as test results are automatically and immediately presented online.
